In 2022 ASSG acquired an old industrial building in the city center, which it retrofitted into fashionable operating office space, that is now bursting with life. Company is also known for its specialization on the construction of row houses. Currently company is working on its biggest project so far – the development of the whole neighborhood – the project consists of 186 row houses, kindergarten and commercial spaces.
